Cajun Salmon w Saccotash. I’m not really a fish eater, but this salmon dish was taught to me by Gordon Ramsey I don’t think mine is as good as his but it’s I tried I started with taking the salmon and then bending it then giving it 3 slits so that I get a crispy skin and then making sure my pan is nice and hot before I put my oil then put my salmon in actually my first time to cook salmon so you can tell when it’s time to flip the color will change from pink to white then flip then I added some fresh thyme and garlic to base tarragon would work as well. For the succotash I used red onion, minced garlic, green, red bell peppers, corn, zucchini , yellow squash, cilantro and lemon juice. This how it come out

I am a huge fan of crawfish boils and have attended many...MANY...in my time in the South. I am happy to share what I consider the best recipe/process I’ve witnessed and now make myself in crawfish season from April-July. (Adjust ingredients according to the amount of CRAWFISH eaters...those who don’t care for crawfish but still attend your boil will eat all the sausage corn and potatoes!!! 😡) Oh, and don’t forget to smear the garlic on the potatoes with a squeeze of lemon or orange!! Yummmm!!

Recommend making herb infused oil to marinate your vegetables. Super easy 1 cup of quality grade olive oil. Fresh cloves of garlic 6 to 8, fresh herbs, I added end piece of red onion. Heat on low for 10 minutes remove browned bits use a sieve mesh strainer and put in a air safe container.
