Easy garden goulash
I had some peppers and onions about to go bad and had taken hamburger out for dinner and decided to just keep adding ingredients based on what I had on hand.

I did do this with fish in one of my other recipes. Thought i would try chicken, really crisp and tasty. You can add chili powder to the batter, or as i did paprika, or curry powder so many ways and spices to choose.
Lemon Chicken
I made this just to see how it would taste and we loved it. You can add chopped up potatoes while cooking the chicken. Hope you love it 👌😄
Fermented Dill Pickles
No vinegar just water and salt. You can put anything in to pickle, okra, cucumber, any thing out of the garden rhe more fresh the more crisp.
Green chicken enchilada casserole
You can use whatever part of the chicken you prefer, I used legs and thighs because I prefer dark meat. Plus that's what I had on hand, I would not recommend using all white meat it tends to dry out. The only reason I call it casserole is because sometimes I am too lazy to go through all the trouble of rolling each individual enchilada.😁 this is definitely a labor of love this is not something you could whip up quick but its worth it.!
