Chicken and dumplings (full of veggies)
I was looking for a simple chicken and dumplings recipe but none of them satisfied me because they didn't have very many vegetables. So I had a few different recipes i kinda liked and through this one together and it came out amazing. The hubby ate 2 bowls last night, and even my 10 month old loved it!!
El Paso Skillet
I threw this together last minute because I was on a budget and needed to make dinner with what I had in my cabinet....this is what came out! :) it was delicious! I have made it a couple more times since and tweaked it a little by adding a little chopped jalapeño and using tortillas to make burritos and it is delicious and so easy! I had to share so I hope you guys get a lot of good stress free meals out of this :) P.S. I didn't have a picture of El Paso Skillet, that is a taco salad I made lol Sorry Guys!
