add olive and butter to a large skillet and add onions, clerey, and carrots. cook until onions are transparent approw 5-10 minutes. do not brown

add stock, salt, pepper, sage and any other seasonings u like to taste. at this point its safe to taste, do this before the next step

add the eggs (3 at first then see if u need one more)

mixwell and pour into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered approw 45 minutes until its a light brown
