Mixed Veggie Sabji (Stir Fried Veggies)
-I was able to make a delicious Sabji that goes with curry using the vegetables that I had in my fridge. -I thought I could use a moderate amount of everyday oil and spices that are used in Indian cooking and easy on the stomach and large intestines. However, the more popular version is to use a smaller amount of spices since it's better for your health. -It's good even without Paneer -If you want to shorten the cooking time, then I recommend when cooking the carrot portion of the recipe, you can prep it by boiling it in a separate pot. -Rather than relying on the same vegetables, try making it with different ones. This is my family's recipe for celebratory occasions. It looks delicious if you make it colourful. When you're able to splurge, topping them with salmon roe or flying fish roe makes them more extravagant! It's also cute if you top with sliced okra. Recipe by omizu3
Chewy New York-Style Bagels
For this recipe, I was very particular about the flour because I was craving really chewy bagels. Of course, you can use other kinds of flour. Water temperature (during the spring and autumn use as is, go for cold water in the summer, and water warmed to about 25℃-30℃ during the winter). Please adjust the amount of water according to your kind of flour or the humidity. Please adjust baking temperature to your oven. (If it's too browned, make it lower, if it's too pale, let the temperature rise a little). Don't change the baking time! Recipe by Jinpiyo
