Fiesta Shepard's Pie
Even my son whom "hates" Shepard's Pie couldn't get enough. It should serve 6-8 but with my son it only served 3! I think this dish changed his mind. Score mom!
Heidi's Savoury Muffins
These little guys are beautiful and easy to make. I blitz the bacon, onion and zucchini in my food processor which cuts prep time right down. Great with soup or on their own for a quick lunch. Warm in microwave for 1 min if cold and enjoy!
Shrimp & Cheddar Jalapeño Grits with Cajun cream sauce
I recently went on vacation with my hubby this past summer to Savannah Georgia. We loved the south. The FOOD, the southern charm and hospitality. And the south loves grits and shrimp. And so do I! This is my version of Shrimp and Grits. This is a spicy, rich and filling dish. Bon Appetit!
~Shamrok's~ Ghoulish GHOULash~
You don't have to be the Aadams Family to enjoy this take on a simple classic casserole dish. Noodles, meat, sauce, veg and cheese....yum! This recipe makes enough to be able to share it with all of your zombie neighbors. You can even set up another pan to freeze and bake at a later time. I always use corn for the veg inside, but you can add your favorites or change it up each time. I hope you enjoy it throughout the year and not just during witching weeks. :)
