It turned cold here in Florida. Soup and chili time. You have white chili, and red chili, here is my brown chili yes it has beans and pasta. The pasta is Orecchiette which translates to little ears. Some people have heartburn to tomatoes in chili and to counteract that people sometimes put sugar with tomatoes. We don't like sweet chili so I have came up with this. I used to put in mushrooms then I found out some people don't like the texture of cooked mushrooms so I use mushroom broth. Just plain cooking for the ones you love!!!

It’s really nice if you have a prep cook who can chop all the veggies and peel shrimp... it’s always good to have dreams, right? Once the prep work is done, the dish moves right along.
