Creole Jambalaya
I would love to cook completely from scratch, but time does not allow that. I have taken my family's traditional recipes and adapted them for time. I am a fan of layering in flavor, and I like to allow one pot dishes to cool for at least 10 minutes after cooking to serve. Crawfish and crab claws are great additions to this recipe, when available. I hope you enjoy my version of Creole Jambalaya.
