So Simple! Kale and Tofu Potage
When I had a cold and didn't have an appetite, and didn't want to go shopping, I made this with what I had on hand. I was surprised by how delicious it turned out. You could use soy milk instead of tofu. You could also use aojiru (green vegetable juice) instead of kale. Recipe by Fuwafuwafuwafuwa
With Yakisoba Sauce Curry Flavored Fried Rice
When I added curry powder to yakisoba noodles, it was delicious, so I created this recipe. Please make sure you use yakisoba powder sauce. 1 packet for 2 servings might be too much, so please be careful. You can find yakisoba powder sauce in the noodle section in Japanese grocery stores. Taste the batter before you add each spoonful of syrup as I have quite a sweet tooth and you may not need as much. I used 3 tbsp milk in the batter but I think possibly using wheat flour you might not need any additional liquid at all. The kids loved it and I'll be experimenting with amazake more in the near future!
