Perkedel Jagung (Indonesian Corn Fritters)
Indonesians like corn fritters! Every house has a different recipe. We usually eat them with steamed rice or just gobble them as snacks. I sometimes eyeball the ingredients, but I use this recipe as a guide. It takes quite a while to fry because I prefer to use low-medium heat and I fry in batches.
In A Jif Corn Bread
Just plain cornbread doesn't do it for us. A bit of zip makes it more fun to eat. I keep a box of mix in my pantry so if the urge hits, we can have this almost in an instant. Great side to chilli, meatloaf or a roast chicken. Enjoy the taste and simplicity.

I just want chill last night and I have never made it in my life. Today is the very first time my mom sure part of her recipe with me. And We have canned our own vegetables and tomatoes that we have made in the summer thought it would be cool to us to the make chili out of. Plus it comes from our own vegetables garden from the country. :-) also my famliy love it and we eat it all up less then hour between 4 people. And my family really did use to eat my cooking and now the they do.
