Over the past few years I've been inspired by a number of cooking shows and recipes from famous chefs. I often take them past a certain point by adding my own flair to them. This particular dish was inspired by a Jamie Oliver 15 Minute Meals program I watched, but his version was much simpler and less tasty :-)

When I am at a cookout, I sometimes find myself with a plate of potato chips and carrot sticks. This bothers me for a couple of reasons, 1) I am hungry and 2) people think that being plant-strong is no fun. Now I can bring these veggie burgers to the party, and be super happy! Note: bring extras because the omnivores will want them too!
