I had left over grilled steak🥩 and corn 🌽 and this was born. It was so good. I edited it and had it with chicken and black beans !

Taco Tuesday. I wanted something different. So I came up with this . 2 of my kids won’t eat the black beans or corn, but I wanted it in mine , so instead of writing two recipes, I just did it this way. Regular taco potatoes sound pretty good too. Everyone in my house loves baked potatoes, and tacos, so win win for everyone.
