  15. 1/2 green pepper
  16. 1 can fire roasted corn
  17. 1 couple pinches of real bacon pieces
  18. After cooking
  19. Sour cream
  20. Shredded mild cheddar cheese
  21. Optional
  22. Pasta Elbows

Steps to make a Chili

Sauté chopped onion, red pepper, and green pepper in pan on medium heat. Cook until soft (5-7 minutes)

Brown ground beef in pot (instead of pan, its less messy), on medium heat. Cook until all the meat is browned. Pinch in some minced garlic, and some salt and pepper.

Throw ground beef, sautéed onion and peppers into crockpot. Throw in rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 3 hours.

OPTIONAL: boil some pasta elbows in a pot, and mix in at the end for a larger meal!

Serve with a couple spoonfuls of sour cream, and sprinkle with some shredded cheese, and enjoy!
