Sheree's Grandma's Chicken and Rice Bake (Copycat)
My husband loves the Stouffer's Grandma's Chicken Bake, but it only comes in a family size... And it just isn't big enough. I played around until I actually like mine better. This is perfect for a FREEZER CASSEROLE....do not add corn flakes until ready to bake. Sometime a bake chicken or have leftover turkey. I bake a lot of chicken in one day and de- bone so that it is fixed for quesadillas, chicken salads etc. I freeze the done chicken to help with time. Baked or rotisserie chicken taste much better...
Country fried fish
Fried fish is a traditional cookout food in most African American families. We normally prepare this outside in a huge fryer! Enjoy with sliced bread, hot sauce, mustard......and a cold one!
Veggie Meatloaf
I didn't add any sauces, packets or ketchup. (Tomatoe/Onion/Gravy) That's up to you. The recipe is versatile, add what you like. I used corn chips because I'm gluten free. Next time I'm going to add kernel corn and shredded carrots to the veggie mix. Work in progress!
Robin's Easy Beef Stew
I love beef stew but never made it. Got some tips from my mum and just went for it. It turned out really good even though I got to talking and cooked the beef a little too long. Was done and eating it within an hour of starting to cook it. Looking forward to trying it again with addition vegetables.

Lemon Honey Baked Chicken
Easy meal for busy days. I have a rice cooker. So this is an easy meal to prepare, and cook time is only 30 to 40 minutes
