Soya keema wrap in Chinese style is the result of my undying love for keema and Chinese food. #gharkakhana I can eat keema (minced chicken/mutton) twice or thrice a week. sounds crazy right? But obviously it's not that healthy specially the red meat. So, I thought of switching red meat with soya granules and now, I don't have to depend only on chicken and eggs, as soya is very high in protein and has many health benefits. About almost 2 years back, when I tried this recipe for the first time, I just loved it and trust me, I'm still not bored of it. This recipe is the most awaited one as all my friends are dying to taste it again since, they tasted it for the first and last time. Last because I never made it again for them! hahaha.. they can and will surely relate.
