Jhanell requested posole. I pieced the recipe together from a couple of different books with some adjustments. Delicious! But, i wanna try and incorporate some more spices in the future.
Mike's Shreadded Pork Tacos
This delicious pork taco recipe is brought to you by the sticky, albeit talented, tiny little fingers of my 7 and 8 year old culinary students. They also only used homemade salsas and guacamole! One tip tho? IMHO? A good squeeze of lime on each taco really does make this dish! Excellent ideas and work kiddos! So juicy!
Menudo de la Frontera (Border Menudo)
Menudo is an integral cornerstone of our culture. I call it border menudo because this is the style of menudo we eat on the northern border (southern American border). Menudo changes everywhere you go, this is our version and obviously my favorite. Menudo is considered a breakfast food reserved for Sunday morning family breakfast (whole family). I have been designated the family menudo host and have been making it for years, so if you have ANY questions please ask.

Cheap Quick Ramen Noodle Meal
On a tight budget, looking for a quick dinner recipe and had most ingredients on hand. I have seen people do many different things with Ramen to make meals out of and use it as base for other recipes. I myself have done a similar dish using ground beef but I wanted something cheaper than ground beef & I thought pork sausage would be splendid with pork Ramen. Breakfast sausage was on sale at my grocer & I have never seen anyone use breakfast sausage before. It turned out very tasty, my entire family enjoyed it so figured I'd share:-)
