Mike's Mexican Grilled Chicken Salad
I was served this dish in Mexico City years ago. While I was a bit confused by some of the ingredients, it was fantastic! Since then I've tried to recreate it. Well, I finally nailed it. This salad goes great on so many dishes. Especially any Mexican dish you can think of. I love it with sturdy salty tortilla chips. Excelente trabajo estudiantes!
Mike's Complete Kids BBQ Sundaes
Now here's a great way to get your kids to not only make their own school lunches - but eat them as well. Everything is premade and microwavable so know it's easy peasy! In fact, my 7 year old students made 30 of these Mason jars to deliver to the Women's Shelter tonight. We would have added Cole slaw but ran out of room in our jars. Know you can create just about anything else. Taco jars, green salads, yogurt granola jars, parfaits, eggs and bacon breakfast jars, etc,. Creative job kiddos! Delicious work!

#childhood #memories As a kid, one of the best moments would be to wake up and smell mouth watering chorizo wafting from our small kitchen. Every time I put chorizo to the pan it takes me back to the wonders that little thing could do. This is a definite thumbs up from picky eaters and the best part is, anyone can make it!
