  18. 1 tbsp dried oregano
  19. 2 tbsp ground cumin
  20. 2 tsp hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
  21. 1 tsp dried basil
  22. 1 tsp salt
  23. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  24. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  25. 1 tsp white sugar
  26. 1 10.5 ounce bag corn chips (Fritos)
  27. 8 oz package shredded cheddar cheese

Heat a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Crumble the ground chuck and sausage into the hot pan, and cook until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease.
