Steps to make a Calabacitas

In a large frying pan, saute zucchini, squash, onion, salt and pepper until onions become opaque.

Add the garlic, corn and green chili and continue to saute for 3-5 more minutes.

Add the sage, tomatoes and cheese and combine. Once cheese melts, remove from heat. Serve warm.
