For this recipe I get all my ingredients from ALDI expect the old bay and frozen corn on the cob, and lemons .This is a family recipe but I have changed it to be a smaller and cheaper dish, our traditional recipe calls for an outdoor turkey fryer, in a very large amount. However you can make this on a stove top, or and instant pot, or an indoor turkey fryer , I have made this in all these ways and they are all great. This recipe here is for an instant pot, but can be made on stove top or in an indoor turkey fryer.

Can skip ice step : Traditional way is to clean out your sink and have bag of ice in the sink to cool off the shrimp boil.when after you drain it to keep the shrimp from cooking more (can use a cooler as well) this step can be skip I skip it all the time and just pour the shrimp boil on to a big cookie sheet after u drained all the water off, or I have put down news paper on a table and just put it on that. Most of the time I do the cookie sheet and we eat right off of that.

Sheree's Grandma's Chicken and Rice Bake (Copycat)

My husband loves the Stouffer's Grandma's Chicken Bake, but it only comes in a family size... And it just isn't big enough. I played around until I actually like mine better. This is perfect for a FREEZER CASSEROLE....do not add corn flakes until ready to bake. Sometime a bake chicken or have leftover turkey. I bake a lot of chicken in one day and de- bone so that it is fixed for quesadillas, chicken salads etc. I freeze the done chicken to help with time. Baked or rotisserie chicken taste much better...
