I don't like complicated cooking. You can also use white cabbage if you like. Purple cabbage will make rhe dish turn blueish. I use smoky and cheddar sausage, the cheese will give a bit of milky water when you heated them up. You can added in cut chilli if you want it with a spicy kick!

I sometimes like to make these as a slightly healthier alternative to store bought chips to snack on. I didn't put a specific amount for the ingredients because you can make as many chips (or as little) as you want. 1 tortilla shell will yield 6 chips. The chips pictured are seasoned lightly with pepper, sea salt and garlic powder. Chili Lime seasoning is also really good on these.

Taking you back to the 90s again with this Fridge Cleanout BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad I made from whatever was in the fridge. Inspired by CPK, of course. ;) Again, this is whatever I had in the fridge, but if you have jicama, avocado, and black beans, which are all in the original recipe, you should definitely add those. The fresh lime is my addition, but it really enhances the dressing! (Forgot to include it in the pics. Oops!)
