  1. 1/2 kg mutton
  2. 1 Onion sliced
  3. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp Garlic paste

  15. 1/2 tsp black Mustard Seeds
  16. 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  17. 2 Kashmiri Red Chilli

  19. 1/4 cup Oil for cooking
  20. For Tempting:
  21. 1 tbsp Pure ghee
  22. 10-12 thin Ginger slice
  23. Few crushed Cashew
  24. For Garnish:
  25. 1 tbsp fried brown Onion
  26. 1 tbsp Crushed Cashew
  27. 1 tbsp chopped corriender

Steps to make a Mughlai Darbari Gosht

Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion,fry till brown in colour

Now add mutton and mix well till change the mutton colour

Now add ginger and garlic paste and mix for 2 to 3 minutes

Add tomato paste and stir again, Now add salt, turmeric and chilli powder and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes

Add 1/2 cup water gradually and stir in between cover and cook untill mutton is tender

Now add grind cashew and spices paste and mix

Add water (required consistency of shorba) and mix, Now cover and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes

For Tempting, heat pure ghee in a pan add sliced ginger and Crushed cashew

Now pour this hot tempting in mutton pan and cover it.

Now Mughalai Darbari gosht is ready to serve, Garnish with some brown onion,crushed cashew and with chopped coriander leaves.
