Winter Staple Corn Soup Chilled for Summer
I've loved this corn soup when I was a child. Since it's easy to make, I often helped out. The powdered cheese gives it's kick, so hold back on the salt. Also for the pepper, white pepper looks better than black. Recipe by *yukimi*
Easy Cream Corn Stew Made with Canned Corn
I thought white sauce and creamed corn would be a good combination, so I made this. In Step 5 (when you've turned off the heat), make sure you mix very, very well. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru
Make Corn Soup-Flavored Okara Cookies in the Microwave
I originally posted this recipe as a microwave variation for "Easy Okara Cookies - No Tools Needed". Since it doesn't use sugar and the amounts are different, COOKPAD asked me to make it a separate recipe. Our microwave oven is small, so I use a small (18 x 25 cm) plastic bag. If you use a larger bag you can roll the dough out thinner and it may bake faster, maybe? Take out the ones that have browned and just keep microwaving the soft ones, or flip them over to make them all crunchy. Recipe by Nekozame
Quick and Easy Creamy Corn Soup
I modified a corn potage soup recipe I learned from a cooking school when I was single. I took hints from the steps, and I just modified the ingredients and amount. You can make easy soup in no time using canned creamed corn with corn kernels. During Steps 1 and 2, when you add milk, make sure you use very low heat. If you add the milk little by little while mixing well, the mixture won't become lumpy but becomes smooth. Recipe by Lesser Panda
Okara Sweet Corn Cake
I make soy milk at home so I always have lots of okara left. I wanted to find a way to put this okara to good use. This is a really simple recipe. All you do is mix everything together and put it in the rice cooker. This is a standard breakfast dish in our house. Recipe by SandyMiao
Potato Balls with Corn For Bento Box
I wanted to make a bento box side dish using canned corn. The point is the ketchup inside! Ketchup bursts in your mouth while eating. It's hard to shape if you put in too much corn. Make small, bite-sized balls. In place of ketchup, any sauce can be used. Recipe by Harukomachi
