Corn Bread Using a Bread Maker (2 Varieties)

I wasn't able to get rid of my canned corn, so I used it to make side dish bread! I thought up 2 types and tried making them. They didn't turn out half bad, so I uploaded them. I used corn and mayonnaise for the filling this time, but you can use what you like, so please try out various things. It tastes great as a custard cream bread as well! I made it with baked curry bread in mind while using corn meal! If you use curry for the filling, coat in bread crumbs, and fry it, then it will turn into curry bread . Please adjust the amount of bread dough according to the amount of filling. Recipe by Gomeko

Brad's smoked brisket w/ Carolina BBQ & jalapeño cheese hushpups

There are many ways to smoke brisket. I cold smoked mine for 8 hours, then slow roasted it in the oven until it was fall apart tender. But if you have a traegar or other brand smoker you can smoke and cook the meat at the same time. The rub is a personal preference. I used paprika, cayenne, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. I served this with jalapeño cheddar hushpuppies and baked beans. But most importantly I topped the brisket with Carolina mustard bbq sauce. I used Lauren's recipe for hushpuppies, but added my own twist to them. I used Busch's baked beans as the base, then added to them.

Super simple & tasty, too! To save time, you can easily prep the chili part the night before and add to slow cooker the next day. Chili seemed watery at first, but after sitting for a bit with the lid off (after cooking), it thickened up a bit.

Sublime Non-Fried Creamed Corn Tofu Croquettes

Sublime Non-Fried Creamed Corn Tofu Croquettes

My recipe for non-fried creamy tuna and tofu croquetteshas gotten great response, so I thought up another recipe using the same ratio of ingredients. The tofu smell disappears completely, and the texture of the filling is as creamy as one made with dairy products. This is a healthy tofu croquette recipe that I'm proud of. Since I made the texture creamy and melt-in-your-mouth soft, the filling is wet and hard to handle. For best results, make sure to chill it very, very well, and to form it into small patties that are less than 6 cm in diameter. The tips in Step 5 are also essential to making them easy to handle. If you want to increase the amount of tofu, either add more cake flour or increase the time spent evaporating the moisture. Recipe by Yu-hi

I wanted to make some creamy croquettes stuffed with corn. Don't forget to use a heatproof container when heating the panko breadcrumbs. The plate will crack otherwise. The mixture is loose and difficult to shape, so it's easier to make small patties. Recipe by 1630412.
