Super Easy Flat Cake (From “Jiffy Corn Muffin Cake”)
I made this easy flat cake from Jiffy corn muffin cake. Instead of bake it in the oven, I used nonstick mini pancake maker. It’s very easy to make because you can follow the instructions on the package. But since I don’t have milk in hands. Then I substitute the milk with buttermilk and water. So for more detail here what I do to make Jiffy corn muffin into flat cake or crumpet cake.

Or lazy winter days. Sometimes i just dont like heating up my kitchen especially in summer. Aslo helps me on busy days when there is no time to cook.
