Let the pot of chili simmer and start the rice and corn bread.

When rice and corn bread are done, cut corn bread in half. Add butter and honey to bottom piece and put rice on top. Put top half of corn bread over that.

Scoop chili onto the corn bread. Add cheese, green onions and sour cream. Enjoy!
