In a medium mixing bowl Corn Meal, Oil, egg and milk. Mix well, if not smooth or pourable add more milk till it is.

Pour Corn Meal mixture over top of pinto bean mixture evenly.

Place in 450' Preheated oven on middle rack. Bake uncovered 45 min or top is browned well.

Use caution removing from oven as it will be runny, not set under the cornbread topping. Use a serving spoon to dish out into bowls and turn it so the corn bread is on bottom of the bowl and pinto bean mix covers the bread.
