cover again with plastic set aside let rise about 30-35minutes until doubled

bake 30-35 minutes until dough is light gold

rotate half way through baking

remove to wire rack cool at least 30 minutes

if no scale use 3 1/2 bread flour

Update: We made this over the holidays and it's really good per the recipe. Tastes a lot like Brunswick Stew for those familiar with that fall treat. I'm not sure what I'd do to change it.
