Bake in hot oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.. Turn meat, continue baking 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.

Meanwhile combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar and onion salt. Heat just to boiling, stirring. Pour sauce over meat and top with cheese.

Return to oven to melt cheese about 3 minutes.
