I found this recipe online about 10 years ago. Ever since then I have made this part of my holiday meals. It's also great for a cold night. This batch is done with improvising. I didn't have creamed corn, but I did have frozen corn. So this pictured batch is as follows: 1 cup butter 1 bag of frozen corn 1 can of cream of celery soup 1 cup of milk 2 eggs 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix And guess what? It worked!!
