Easy Moist Cornbread

Easy Moist Cornbread

I came up with this recipe because whenever I have cornbread, I always wish it could be fluffier and less sweet. These aren't that sweet, so they're great to have with your main meal. You can also serve them with chili beans. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking! I used a gas oven. Adjust the cooking time according to your oven. Recipe by Miniature basil

This was my dads recipe that I made a little healthier. It's easy and very good with tortillas or rice. It's like a spicy pork stew.

Coleslaw: Sesame and Mustard Flavour

Moisture tends to be released when making coleslaw, so when packing it into my bento lunchbox, I added ground sesame seeds to absorb the moisture. I forgot to add the sweet corns for the photo, since I took the photo after making it during a busy morning. If you don't have white wine vinegar, use rice vinegar instead. Wiener Sausage Koinobori (Flying Carp)

I was trying to figure out how to make the scales easily on sausage koinobori. I use 1 whole wiener sausage, but you can also slice it in half lengthwise to make 2 koinobori out of 1. For 2 koinobori (flying carp). Recipe by momo**

"Where's the Beef" Stew

"Where's the Beef" Stew

It says 3 min prep, its supposed to say 3 hour cooking time. Stew meat, hamburger, any beef works good here, I use a frozen pot roast and after cooking, cut it into pieces before serving. You can also add egg noodles to the whole pot 30 mins before serving for more "fill" Feeds a big family! I like the "Where's the Beef?" line cause the frozen pot roast cooks at the bottom, till about an hour or so into cooking, then it floats! lol

Fridge bin and rice.

Honestly I got home late and was due to start work early in the AM again. I had no meat in my fridge and about 3/4 of a cup of rice in my pantry left. Being left only my vegetable compartment ( fridge bin ) in my fridge as a resort for something substantial I struck it lucky.
