  15. Cumin, Garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder,
  16. Smoked paprika, celery seed, chili powder, nutmeg, cinnamon
  17. Cinnamon is not detectable but it does help with
  18. Any acidic dish that is made
  19. Chopped cabbage
  20. 3 stalks celery chopped
  21. Toss the leafy tops in also
  22. 2 bay leaves (Do not eat) take out when soup is done
  23. 1 bag frozen corn
  24. 3/4 bag your favorite greens
  25. Spinach, kale, collard greens, mustard greens
  26. I use the bag of Trio Greens
