Take the mixture out in a big bowl Mix nicely using your hands Add in the corn kernels you had kept away So that they give you slight crunch after frying

Shape up the kababs on an ice cream stick each If time permits you can put them in the fridge for sometime before frying

Heat up the oil in a wok Fry the corn kababs 2-3 at a time Don’t overcrowd them

Be careful of corns as they splutter sometimes
