Love this stuff, great for stocking stuffers , diy gift jars , give away to friends , teachers, class room parties, family.... or just for a family treat ....... so easy ( I have leftover Chex mix cereal from making Chex mix so this is what I did with it , recipe don’t have to be exact and can change it to rice Chex is what iam doing and use whatever white chocoholic you have , so can be made in a smaller amount ) and I have no Christmas sprinkles at this time so I left that out this time.

I wanted to recreate the corn rolls sold at bakeries, so I did! That specific type of corn bread has a crispy outer crust and a fluffy inside, so I experimented with different amounts of ingredients and came up with this recipe. Since the canned corn has some water content, the dough will get sticky. if it is not drained well enough before adding to the dough, reduce the amount of water in the dough. I aimed to recreate the corn rolls that are always sold out at the bakery. It's rather like a soft French bread, but this type doesn't get stale that fast, so I like it. Please round off the rolls when forming them as tightly as possible. If you round them off loosely, since the dough itself is soft, the rolls will flatten out a bit. I'm really into no-knead bread. You can make this without kneading, so it requires very little effort!! Just bring the dough together roughly. Press the air out of the plastic bag properly to prevent the dough from drying out. When rounding off the dough, don't fiddle around with it too much and work quickly.
