Easy Fluffy Corn and Mayonnaise Bread
My friend told me about rising the dough in the microwave. So, I tried making the dough with yogurt and leftover whey, and it turned out to be really fluffy! Not sour at all. I've been making so many variations with different fillings. Use either bread or cake flour. If the dough is soft, please dust with extra flour. It will rise a lot during baking, so the filling will stick out. Use a fork to make lots of holes in the pastry. Please adjust the amount of salt and sugar because it's only mildly seasoned. Creamed Corn Tortilla
I love tortillas. But corn meal is rarely sold in stores so I tried making them with creamed corn and they were a big success. My two year old son gobbled all of these right up.
