Cajun Corn
So delicious!! I love the sweet and spicy in this dish. I usually use 1 green cayenne and 1 red cayenne and it comes out perfect. If you only like a little heat, you can substitute the cayennes with green or red bell peppers to tone it down a little.

I was shocked at how easy and delicious it was... and adapted it In step 4, the corn will still be OK if you don't turn it over, but it may be cooked a bit unevenly. If you don't want to turn them over though, just microwave for 5 to 6 minutes. I've already said this in the instructions, but please be careful not to burn yourself.
