I wanted to eat a restaurant-grade pasta dish cheaply at home, so I made this. This time I used sausages, but it's also nice with bacon. I always use margarine because butter is expensive. Add spinach or asparagus for a colorful finish! Recipe by sekinan

Ingredients and spices that need to be prepared to make Tuna Cream Pasta:

  1. 140 grams Spaghetti
  2. 1 can Canned tuna
  3. 1/2 Onion
  4. 4 Wiener sausages
  5. 1 Frozen corn
  6. 150 ml Milk
  7. 1 tbsp White flour
  8. 1/2 tsp Soup stock granules
  9. 1 Salt
  10. 1 Pepper
  11. 1 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
  12. 1 dash Black pepper

Steps to make a Tuna Cream Pasta

1
Thinly slice the onion, and cut the sausages diagonally.
2
Boil a generous amount of water, and boil the pasta as instructed on the package.
3
Make the sauce while the pasta is boiling. Heat the butter (or margarine) in a frying pan, and stir-fry the onion until it wilts.
4
Lightly drain the tuna, and add it to the frying pan along with the sausages and corn. Sprinkle in the flour, and stir-fry until it is no longer powdery.
5
Stir in the chilled milk, adding a little at a time. When it has started to thicken, add the soup stock granules, and season with salt and pepper.
6
When it has thickened well, add some of the water you used to boil your pasta. (I add quite a lot.) The pasta will be ready about now.
7
Add the boiled pasta to the frying pan, and mix it into the sauce. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with black pepper, and enjoy.

Mixed Veggie Sabji (Stir Fried Veggies)

-I was able to make a delicious Sabji that goes with curry using the vegetables that I had in my fridge. -I thought I could use a moderate amount of everyday oil and spices that are used in Indian cooking and easy on the stomach and large intestines. However, the more popular version is to use a smaller amount of spices since it's better for your health. -It's good even without Paneer -If you want to shorten the cooking time, then I recommend when cooking the carrot portion of the recipe, you can prep it by boiling it in a separate pot. -Rather than relying on the same vegetables, try making it with different ones.
