  2. 25 grams Butter
  3. 1 Corn on the cob

  5. 1 Meat-miso
  6. 5 Seasoned Soft-Boiled Eggs
  7. 500 grams Char Siu
  8. 1 Aji Moyashi
  9. 2 liter Pork soup
  10. For the miso sauce:

  12. 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  13. 1 tbsp Mirin
  14. 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  15. 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

Steps to make a Miso Ramen

Combine all the miso sauce ingredients and mix well. Cut the leeks into small pieces, soak in water, then drain well.

Boil the noodles in a generous amount of water. While they boil, warm the bowls.

Put 1.5-2 tablespoons miso sauce in each bowl, then pour in about 400 ml of the soup. Add the boiled noodles.
