This bothers me for a couple of reasons, 1) I am hungry and 2) people think that being plant-strong is no fun. Now I can bring these veggie burgers to the party, and be super happy! Note: bring extras because the omnivores will want them too!

Garam Masala - Indian spicemix

Garam masala is a delicious warm tasting spicemix from India, there are a few recipes I love to make that require this and although you can probably also find a ready-made-mix in a shop when in a hurry... a fresh homemade mix is definitely much more rich in flavour and taste. You will need a old coffee bean grinder or something similar if you use whole ingredients. If you need more, just use a bigger spoon and keep it in a closed (glass) container to keep it fresh

Love this recipe, easy to make and inexpensive. I played around with this recipe a lot. I've used different types of cheeses , made them with just cheese. You can stack them as high as you like even use more sauce or less. Whatever your preference is make it your own. Hope you enjoy!
