I did not have salsa and did not want to go to the store so i went to the cabinet and came up with this. you can use cilantro if you have it, i did not so i used what i had. i also do not like chunky salsa so if you like chunky salsa you can use regular diced tomato or skip the blending step and juct chop the jalapeno

  4. 1 can black beans
  5. 1 can tomato sauce

  8. 1 tbsp lime juice
  9. 1/2 tbsp sugar to cut the acidity of the tomato a bit
  10. salt
  11. pepper

empty 2 cans of tomato into a blender

add the jalapeno. seeds and all if you like it hotter or no seeds if you like it milder and blend it all up to your desiered considency

empty third can in large bowl and add the tomato sauce

rinse the corn and beans and add to bowl

add the contents of the blender to the bowl

add the spices and lime juice and mix it all up real good with a large spoon being careful not to break up the beans
