I make these as a change of pace item for my son's bentos, since he loves sausages. If you use Pretz (savory stick shaped snacks made by Glico) or pasta as the sticks, there's no waste! For this recipe, I was very particular about the flour because I was craving really chewy bagels. Of course, you can use other kinds of flour. Water temperature (during the spring and autumn use as is, go for cold water in the summer, and water warmed to about 25℃-30℃ during the winter). Please adjust the amount of water according to your kind of flour or the humidity. Please adjust baking temperature to your oven. (If it's too browned, make it lower, if it's too pale, let the temperature rise a little). Don't change the baking time! Recipe by Jinpiyo

"Where's the Beef" Stew

"Where's the Beef" Stew

It says 3 min prep, its supposed to say 3 hour cooking time. Stew meat, hamburger, any beef works good here, I use a frozen pot roast and after cooking, cut it into pieces before serving. You can also add egg noodles to the whole pot 30 mins before serving for more "fill" Feeds a big family! I like the "Where's the Beef?" line cause the frozen pot roast cooks at the bottom, till about an hour or so into cooking, then it floats! lol
