English Muffins Using Handmade Circular Molds
The dough is also loaded with corn grits. Easy and delicious, with just a small amount of yeast! The surface will feel more grainy if you coat them with corn grits. They will have a smoother texture if you coat them cornmeal. Use either one you like. I used corn grits this time. Recipe by Tkmami-

Freshly Baked Savory Stuffed Rolls in the Morning
I wondered if I could keep the dough in the refrigerator overnight to make freshly baked bread in the morning without having to knead the dough from scratch in the morning too. Dough I made Thursday morning still baked up beautifully on Saturday morning. The dough I used is a recipe I saw in a cooking magazine a long time ago and is not so sweet. It's not sticky, and has lots of yeast in it, so it rises readily and is easy to handle even for beginners. At the moment I can guarantee that this dough can be made 2 days in advance and kept in the refrigerator. Leave it up to the bread machine to make the dough. ♪ Even if you hand knead it, it will be nice and smooth after 5 to 10 minutes of kneading. You must preheat the oven properly! If the oven is not hot enough the dough may not rise, so please preheat it well enough in advance. This is a fluffy light dough that can be used for savory or sweet stuffed rolls. When refrigerating the dough, I found out that if you form the rolls and use the "partial freezing" function (if your refrigerator has one), the dough doesn't get frozen hard or overproof, and the rolls turn out just right! Please try it out for yourself. Recipe by Pokuchan
Tender Stir-fried Bamboo Shoot and Chicken
When I was about 20 years old, I ate a Chinese bamboo and chicken stir-fry in Yokohama. It was really good, so I tried to create something similar. I often use cheap chicken breast meat, but it still turns out tender when coated with a lot of katakuriko and sake. If you make it without corn, it won't be sweet enough, so add some more mirin instead. I used vegetables which cook easily, but if you are using other vegetables, be careful not to let them burn. If it looks like anything is about to get scorched, add some sake. Before seasoning it with salt at the end, make sure to check the taste first. Only add salt if you think you need some. 15-Ingredient Julienned Salad
I wanted to make a salad like the type sold in supermarkets. I know I'm being redundant, but this does make a huge amount. But it's so popular in our family that we can eat it all up. You can use store-bought dressing of course. I think that sesame dressing goes best with this, but you can use another dressing to your taste... Dress the salad just before serving. Be sure to pat all the ingredients dry before adding them so that the salad doesn't get too wet. Recipe by Oshisu
