  13. 1 cinnamon stick
  14. pinch garam masala
  15. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  16. 1/4 tbsp haldi powder
  17. 1 tsp dhainya /jeera powder
  18. 1 tbsp kasuri methi

Steps to make a Kaju Korma

Grind the tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, and kaju in the paste.

Heat ghee in a pan add kaju constantly roast, change in the colour. Transfer in the bowl.

Heat oil ina pan add cumin seeds, haldi powder, and whole garam masala. Cook for 1-minutes.

Add tomatoe, kaju, green chilli, ginger paste and cook 5-8 minutes,add red chilli powder.

Add cream to the masala and add 1/2-cup water to the gravy.

Gravy simmer and add some green Coriander, mix well.

Boil the gravy, add salt and add roasted kaju to the gravy. The cover and let it simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Kaju absorb the masala.
