First wash rice 2 to 3 times with water then soaked into water & keep aside.

Chopped all vegetables in small size like onion, tomato, potatoes, carrot, green chillies & paneer too.

Take boiled corn for good taste & fresh paneer.

Now heat the pressure cooker add oil or ghee in it when ghee is heated add cumin seeds,pieces of bay leaf, big cardamom & black pepper saute for a minute then add fresh ginger garlic paste & green chillies (curry leaves is optional) cook for a minute.

Add chopped onion till golden brown then add green peas, potatoes, carrot, corn & tomatoes mix well cook for 5 minutes.

Add dry spices like red chilli powder,turmeric powder & garam masala(optional) cook well then add paneer cubes & salt mix well & cook 5 minutes more.

Add 2 cup soaked rice in cooker with 4 cup of water & 2 spoon butter(optional) or ghee.

Mix well cover the lid of cooker & take 3 whistle in low flame.

After 3 whistle off the flame wait for sometime & open the cooker mix rice well & serve along with curd or curd raita or salad.
