Heat each side of the quesadilla in the pan until it brown or crispy. Take off from the pan, transfer to the cutting board and cut into 4 section. Now ready to served.

I prefer to make then filling one day then baked flautas as i eat them all week. Can also bake all then reheat the leftovers or eat cold. Do not advise to freeze after cooking. Suggest to serve with guacamole or salsa and yellow rice or citrus cabbage slaw. Great with beers or margs!!
