Easy Lunch in 10 Minutes - Summery Tomato Risotto

When tomatoes are not in season, use tinned tomatoes to make risotto. If you use seasonal tomatoes, the risotto will taste better. Add 20 g of tinned tuna and 1 slice of bacon if you like. Crumble the soup stock cube before adding to the water. The rice used in this recipe is a small portion, but it will double in volume and be substantial! For 1 serving. Recipe by Iriko

Mayonnaise Flavored Coleslaw

Mayonnaise Flavored Coleslaw

Coleslaw is a firm favorite in our house. This time I made it with a mayonnaise-based dressing, and it was a hit. It may be even more popular than my original recipe! I think you see this type more often at prepared food counters. Drain off any excess moisture well in Step 1. Make the dressing by chopping the onion and parsley very finely and mixing everything together with a whisk. You can also mix it in a food processor. Adjust the amount of wine vinegar used to taste. Polenta

When I attempted to make polenta using delicious corn on the cob, it came out much tastier than the store-bought kind. At first, only add a little bit of water, then add more as needed. This will help prevent it from becoming too watery. I also recommend baking it in the oven for a crispy texture. Recipe by Brandy
