heat beef broth, beef bullion & water in a pot let come to a boil turn off.

add 1tsp oil, bacon & onion and jalapeno to pan cook down about 6minutes add tomatoes and cilantro and cook another 2-3minutes. set aside till you need.

add oil & rice to pan with all seasonings, fry till rice turns a light golden color add in your bacon mix, corn & half your broth cover with lid simmer on med/low add seasonings & broth as needed till rice is cooked about 18-25 minutes depending on temperature. do not stir just poke.
