Heat stove and add water, add green peas, chopped carrot and green beans and make it a half boil.

On other side cut each potato into 4 and let it boil vy heating another stove.

Heat the stove, add oil and add cumin seeds and sautè.

Add the half boiled vegetables and saute for some time. Add turmeric powder and crushed pepper corns and mix it.

After boiling the potatoes properly, peel the skin and mash it.

Add the mashed potato in the vegetable mix and saute it well. Add salt on your preference and set it aside.

Take vermicelli (seviyan) and crush it into tiny pieces, just almost like powder not exactly powder and put it on a plate.

Take a separate plate add all purpose flour into it. Take another small plate, add 2 eggs and beat it.

Now take potato mixture and make it into a small finges shaped (photo) or small round shaped pieces. INDEX FINGER SIZE IS PREFERABLE.

Take each potato mix pieces and coat it with flour and then coat it with a beaten egg and then lastly coat it with powdered vermicelli.

Heat oil in deep frying pan and let the oil get a little hot. Add the pieces slowly and let it fry till golden brown.

After frying, remove it slowly and serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or tomato sauce.
