Soak dal 2 hours then grind it mix semolina add salt,curd, mix it well and grind it..set aside for 10 minutes

Take a bowl add all veggies and blackpepper and little bit of salt mix well

Heat a nonstick pan and spread the dosa batter then it be half cooked ten spread over all veggies and cheese..let it cook

Spread on it oregano,red chilli flacks and serve hot
