  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 2 tbsp oil
  6. as needed Water for kneading dough

  9. 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  10. 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  11. 1 tbsp sweet corn
  12. 1 tsp green chilli
  13. 1 tbsp cheese spread
  14. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  15. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  16. 1/2 tsp mixed herb
  17. 1/4 tsp salt

Steps to make a Cheese Pockets

Take a big bowl add wheat flour, suji, salt and oil. Mix well.

Make a medium soft dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Now take another bowl and add grated cheese, capsicum, onion, sweet corn, green chilli, cheese spread, mayo, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and salt mix all ingredients well.

Now take dough and make square little thick strips out of it.

Now take strips and stuff with prepared filling.

Deep fry all the pockets until it become golden brown in colour.
